Gustavo Bahia Gama Sechin has been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer since January 1, 2026. He was Investor Relations director from September 2024 to December 2025 and held various leadership roles at Banco Santander S.A. from 2011 to 2024, including Head of Investor Relations, CFO, Chief Risk Officer, and Head of Legal and Compliance at Getnet Adquirência e Serviços para Meios de Pagamentos S.A. He also worked as a senior equity analyst at Votorantim Corretora S.A. and held finance and planning positions at ABN Amro Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in finance from FGV São Paulo.
