Paul A. Romness, MPH, age 60, is the Founder, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He founded the company in April 2018 and has served as Chairman since October 2024. Romness has over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He holds a Master of Public Health from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University and a B.S. degree in Finance from American University. Robert G. Petit, Ph.D., age 66, has been the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Officer since September 2019. He has extensive experience in biopharmaceuticals and has held leadership roles at various companies, including Advaxis, Inc. (now Ayala Pharmaceuticals, Inc.). Petit holds a Ph.D. from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and a B.S. degree from Indiana State University. Christopher P. Acevedo, age 63, has served as Chief Financial Officer on a part-time basis since July 2023, dedicating an average of 12 hours per month to the role.
