6. Gregory D. Waters - Director: Waters is the Managing Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. He joined Oritani's Board of Directors in 2012.
7. Judith Schumacher-Tilton - Director: Schumacher-Tilton is the President of Tinton Falls-based Schumacher Chevrolet Auto Group. She has been a director of Oritani since 2019.
