Vijay Manthripragada, age 49, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrose since February 2016, joining the company in September 2015. Prior to Montrose, he was CEO of PetCareRx, Inc. from 2013 to 2015 and held various positions at Goldman Sachs between 2006 and 2013. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University. Allan Dicks, age 53, has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2016. His previous roles include CFO and interim CFO at Convalo Health International, Corp., as well as finance executive positions at Universal Services of America, Moark, LLC, White Cap Construction Supply, and Dole Food Company, Inc. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant in South Africa and an inactive CPA in California. Nasym Afsari, age 43, has served as General Counsel since November 2014 and Secretary since August 2015. She was previously an attorney at Paul Hastings LLP from 2007 to 2014, specializing in corporate and business law. She earned a Juris Doctorate from UCLA and holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. James Laws, age 46, joined Montrose as Chief Operating Officer in January 2026. He has 25 years of experience in the environmental industry, including senior roles at AECOM from 2020 to 2026 and earlier positions at CH2M Hill starting in 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Jose M. Revuelta, age 44, has been Chief Strategy Officer since June 2017 and held various interim executive roles at Montrose beginning in March 2014. Previously, he was Vice President at UBS Global Asset Management from 2008 to 2014 and worked in UBS Investment Banking from 2006 to 2008. He served on the Board of Northern Star Generation. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and earned MS and BS degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.
