Claude Zdanow, age 37, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since June 13, 2024. He was CEO of Integrum Group, LLC from March 2023 and President from June 2021. He founded and has been Managing Partner of 35 Wellsona Holdings LLC since January 2021 and principal of Claude Philippe Wines LLC since June 2021. He was CEO of Stadiumred, Inc. from July 2007 to May 2021, director of Endexx Corporation, and founder of Sona Hills and Claude Philippe Wines.
Christopher Becker, age 35, has been President since December 2, 2024. He previously served as President of Integrum Group, LLC, Managing Director of Storia from August 2021 to April 2023, and Head of Business Development for Stadiumred, Inc. from September 2020 to August 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University.
Scott Kauffman, age 69, has been Chairman of the Board since July 21, 2025. He has over 30 years of executive and board experience in marketing services, media, ecommerce, and digital innovation. His prior roles include Chairman and CEO of MDC Partners, Inc. (now Stagwell Inc.), President and CEO of Geeknet, Inc., COO of BlueLithium, CEO of Zinio, and positions at CompuServe, Time Warner, Newsweek, and Benton & Bowles. He also served as Chairman of Lotame. He holds an A.B. in English from Vassar College and an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern.
Jon Bond, age 68, has been a Director since May 1, 2025. He is an advertising industry entrepreneur and co-founder of Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, an advertising agency recognized for its unconventional brand building approach.
