Ricardo Dueñas Espriu has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 2018. His background includes roles as CFO of Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México, advisor at the Ministry of Communications and Transportation, and positions at JP Morgan, the Central Bank of Mexico, and as a hedge fund analyst. He holds degrees from ITAM and Harvard. Ruffo Pérez Pliego del Castillo has been Chief Financial Officer since April 3, 2018, with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He previously served as CFO and CEO of Latin American Airports Holdings Ltd. and holds degrees from ITAM and Harvard. Adriana Díaz Galindo has been General Counsel since June 2018. She was formerly Legal Director at Grupo Televisa and Interprotección and holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, with postgraduate studies at ITAM. Raful Zacarías Ezzat became Chief Operating Officer in August 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in airport management and holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and an MBA from Universidad Tecmilenio. Pierre Grosmaire was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in September 2025. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Lyon Airports under VINCI Airports and as Global Aviation Development Director at VINCI Airports. He holds an engineering degree from École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile and studied international commerce in the United States. Yann Le Bihan has been Chief Technical Officer since July 2024. He was previously CTO of VINCI Airports Brazil since 2017 and has over 15 years of experience in airport management.
