Quek Leng Chuang, age 60, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ESA, which he founded in May 1999. He has served as director and chairman since the company's inception. Prior to founding ESA, he was operations manager at Green Singapore Pte Ltd from June 1996 to January 1997 and operations engineer at Eco Industrial Environmental Engineering Pte Ltd from February 1997 to December 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Leicester University. Ho Shian Ching, age 57, is the Chief Financial Officer. His previous roles include financial controller of ETH Enterprises Pte Ltd (January 2015 to May 2022), CFO of Fujian Zhenyun Plastics Industry Co., Ltd (May 2007 to May 2017), group financial controller of China Great Land Holdings Ltd (January 2005 to February 2007), company secretary, director, and financial controller of Planet Fitness Co., Pte Ltd (March 2004 to January 2005), commercial manager of Hanson Building Materials (S) Pte Ltd (January 2001 to January 2004), internal auditor for NatSteel Electronics Ltd (September 1999 to December 2000), and external auditor with KPMG LLP (December 1995 to July 1999). He is a member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University. Law Beng Hui, age 51, is Chief Growth and Sustainability Officer and Director. He co-founded NewOil Solutions Pte Ltd in July 2020 and is an Internationally Certified Practicing Management Consultant registered with SBACC. He serves on the board of consultants for Diageo plc’s carbon neutral whisky distillery investment in China. He held leadership positions at Diageo plc from June 2011 and was regional client services director at Young and Rubicam Brands Ltd from January 2005 to August 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and an Executive MBA from INSEAD Business School. Anita Pushparani Dorett, age 59, has served as an Independent Director since August 2023.
