Larry Wong, age 47, is Chief Executive Officer and Director. He co-founded the company and has served as CEO of the operating subsidiary since 2013. Wong has over 20 years of industry experience in diverse architectural designs and previously worked at Mold Architecture Limited, GHLW Architects Limited, and Index Architecture Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Southern California (2003).
Keith Chong, age 50, is Chief Technology Officer and Director. He co-founded the company and has been CTO of the operating subsidiary since 2013. Chong has over 20 years of experience as a project architect and director, with prior roles at Wong Tung & Partners Ltd and Sun Hung Kai Properties. He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Southern California (2003).
Thomas M. Gaffney, age 35, has served as Chief Operations Officer since March 2024. He is a corporate and securities attorney with over nine years of experience advising technology startups. Gaffney oversees corporate and securities matters, the Hearth RWA tokenization platform, and AI-powered architectural design tools. His previous roles include positions at Greentree Global Advisors LLC, Conduit Advisors, and 1776 Acquisition Corp. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Ernest Yeung, age 51, has been Chief Financial Officer since July 2025. He founded Pasadena Advisory Company Limited in April 2024 and has served as Portfolio CFO of CFO Centre Group since January 2022. Yeung previously held positions as Country Head, Hong Kong of Boardroom Corporate Services (Hong Kong) Ltd and Regional CFO, Asia of Flight Centre Travel Group Asia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and audit.
