Kirk Blosch, age 71, serves as President, CEO, Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Company. He founded the Company in 2014 and has been its sole officer and director since inception. Mr. Blosch is also the owner and principal broker of B&B Real Estate Group LLC, a Salt Lake City-based real estate firm, a position he has held since 2008. He has over 38 years of experience in business evaluation, development planning, project funding, and real estate construction and development. Mr. Blosch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational communication from the University of Utah, earned in 1976. He is the Company's only employee. The Company did not pay any executive compensation during the fiscal years ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, nor has it entered into employment agreements with its officers or directors. The Company reimburses its officers for reasonable business-related expenses.
