Olivier Taelman, age 53, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since November 2019 and as an executive director since September 2020. He joined the company in July 2019 as Chief Operating and Commercial Officer. His previous roles include Vice President Europe at Autonomic Technologies, Inc. (December 2015 to June 2019), Business Director, Neuromodulation at Nevro, Corp. (November 2013 to December 2015), and leadership positions at Stryker Corporation and Medtronic plc over a ten-year period. He also held commercial roles at Sanofi-Aventis and Eli Lilly and Company. He holds an executive MBA from Wharton University and a bachelor's degree from Hasselt University. John Landry, age 52, has been Chief Financial Officer since November 2024. He was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Vapotherm Inc. from July 2020 to October 2024 and held various leadership roles at Vapotherm Inc. from 2012 to 2022. He served as Director of International Marketing at Medtronic, Inc. from 2011 to 2012 and held leadership positions at Salient Surgical Technologies, Inc. from 2004 to 2011. Additionally, he held financial leadership roles at Bottomline Technologies, Hussey Seating Company, and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He serves on the board of Liberate Medical, Inc. and graduated summa cum laude from Bentley College with a BS in Accountancy. He is a certified public accountant (inactive). Bruno Onkelinx, age 53, has been Chief Technology Officer since May 2021. Previously, he was Director of Incubation Operations at Cochlear from January 2020 to May 2021, President of Cochlear Boulder (US), and Head of Acoustic Implant Development and Manufacturing at Cochlear. He holds two Master’s Degrees in Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven. Scott Holstine, age 54, has been Chief Commercial Officer since July 2024. Prior to joining the company, he was Founder and Executive Director of Ibex Passage, a consulting firm, from July 2023 to June 2024.
