On November 3, 2025, Liying Wang was appointed director and chief executive officer, and Hong Wang was appointed director and chief financial officer. On the same date, Hok Pan Se resigned as director and chairman of the Board; Zhihua Liang resigned as director and senior consultant; Kam Pang Chim resigned as chief financial officer; and Hubei Song resigned as chief executive officer. Heung Ming Henry Wong, Kin Shing Charles Lau, and Mu Xu serve as directors and members of the audit committee, with Heung Ming Henry Wong acting as chair and qualifying as an audit committee financial expert. The audit committee is responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting processes and the audits of financial statements. Directors are appointed for terms expiring at the next annual general meeting or until removal. Employment agreements with executive officers, excluding directors, provide fixed salary and benefits. Director agreements, effective November 3, 2025, include no monthly remuneration and no benefits upon termination. The board has established audit, compensation, and nominating and corporate governance committees.
