Heimert earned a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, a B.A. summa cum laude from The American University, completed executive education at Harvard Business School, and serves as a Non-Executive Director of AltEnergy Acquisition Corp. and on the Advisory Board of Oryx Strategic Capital. Dwayne Johnson has been Chief Operating Officer since November 3, 2025. He was previously Vice President of Strategy, Capital Projects, and Operations at EMT and has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and capital project leadership. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA.
