Fábio Colletti Barbosa is the Chief Executive Officer of Natura &Co Holding S.A. He has served on the boards of Itaú-Unibanco, CBMM, and Ambev. His previous roles include president of Banco ABN Amro Real, Santander Brasil, Febraban, and Abril MÃdia. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Guilherme Strano Castellan is the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer of Natura &Co Holding S.A. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. His experience includes banking and treasury roles at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, JPMorgan Chase, and Anheuser Busch – InBev.
Itamar Gaino Filho serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Natura &Co Group. He holds a law degree from PontifÃcia Católica Universidade de São Paulo and completed postgraduate studies at CEU Law School. His previous employment includes positions at PepsiCo, General Motors, Monsanto, and Coca-Cola Femsa.
João Paulo Brotto Gonçalves Ferreira is the Executive Director for Latin America at Natura &Co Holding S.A. and has been CEO of Natura Cosméticos S.A. since 2016. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and an executive MBA from the University of Michigan. His prior experience includes work at Unilever and service on the Board of Directors of Infracommerce.
Moacir Salzstein is the Corporate Governance Officer at Natura &Co Holding S.A. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV-SP. He previously served as Strategic Planning Officer for Natura Cosméticos S.A.
