Officers & Directors
Paul J. Sarvadi, age 69, has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Insperity since August 2003. He co-founded the company in 1986 and has held various leadership positions since its inception. Sarvadi has been President of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and received the 2001 National Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for service industries, the 2004 Conn Family Distinguished New Venture Leader Award, and was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame in 2007.
A. Steve Arizpe, age 68, has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Insperity since May 2019, overseeing strategic leadership across multiple areas. He joined the company in 1989 and has held various sales and executive roles. Arizpe has served on the boards of several organizations and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University.
James D. Allison, age 57, has been Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer since November 2024. He joined Insperity in 1997 and has progressed through various finance roles. Allison has served on the Accounting Practices Committee of NAPEO and previously worked at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant.
Christian P. Callens, age 54, has served as Senior Vice President of Legal, General Counsel, and Secretary since January 2024. He joined Insperity in 2014, was promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2022, and previously worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and a privately held technology company. Callens began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable John Minor Wisdom. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School.
