1. Bradley C. Barron - CEO, President, and Director: Mr. Barron joined NuStar's Board of Directors in 2013 and was appointed CEO and President in 2014. Prior to joining NuStar, he served as President and CEO of Energy Transfer Partners, a crude oil and natural gas company.
2. Tom Shoaf - EVP and CFO: Mr. Shoaf joined NuStar in 2007 as VP of Internal Audit and has since held various roles within the company, including VP of Corporate Finance and Treasurer.
3. Mary Rose Brown - EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary: Ms. Brown joined NuStar in 2002 as Associate General Counsel and was promoted to her current position in 2010. She has over 30 years of experience in corporate and securities law.
4. Dan R. Tuttle - EVP Marketing and Business Development: Mr. Tuttle joined NuStar in 2014 as SVP of Strategic Development and was promoted to his current position in 2015. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry.
5. William E. Greehey - Chairman Emeritus: Mr. Greehey founded NuStar's predecessor company, Valero L.P., in 1980 and served as its CEO until 2000. He retired as NuStar's Chairman in 2014 but continues to serve as Chairman Emeritus.
