Alon Ben-Noon has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since founding the company in February 2017 and was Chair of the board until October 1, 2021. He previously founded MediCan Consulting and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. Or Eisenberg has been Chief Financial Officer since June 2021, with prior experience at Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc., Wize Pharma Ltd., and Ernst & Young. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. Dr. Ferenc Tracik has served as Chief Medical Officer since December 1, 2021, bringing 20 years of biotech experience from Orphazyme A/S, Biogen Inc., and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. He holds a doctoral degree in human medicine from the University of Regensburg. Dr. Niva Russek-Blum has been Chief Technology Officer since May 2023, previously serving as Vice President of Discovery and scientific consultant. She holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology from The Weizmann Institute of Science, as well as a B.Med.Sc from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Hagit Binder has been Chief Operating Officer since May 2023, formerly Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Project and Marketing at Nextar Chempharma Solutions. She is scheduled to become general manager in Israel starting May 1, 2025.
