Rafael Contreras, age 53, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of Nomadar since December 2024. His previous executive roles include positions at Cádiz CF. He co-founded Humanox, Airtificial, Muving, Skully, and Torrot, and has served on the boards of Bionaturis and Airtificial. Contreras holds multiple doctorates and degrees from the University of Cádiz, Comillas Pontifical University ICAI-ICADE, University of Bologna, and completed an executive program at MIT.
Carlos Lacave, age 57, has been Chief Financial Officer of Nomadar since December 2023. He was Managing Director at Passivalia and TeamClima ventures and has worked at Citigroup Global Transactions Services Unit, Banco Santander, and MoneyMate. Lacave holds a law degree from Complutense University of Madrid, a diploma from Vrije Universiteit Van Brussel, and an MBA from IESE Business School.
Joaquin Martin, age 54, has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Americas and Global Vice-Chairman of Nomadar since December 2025. Previously, he was Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer at Nomadar, Director of Communication, Marketing, and Investor Relations at Humanox, Chief Marketing Officer at Skully, and Director of Communication and Investor Relations at Airtificial.
