He has over seventeen years of experience in engineering project management across construction, mechanical engineering, and nuclear engineering. His previous senior roles include positions at Ares, Lithium Energy Products, the UK Ministry of Defence, and Rolls-Royce. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Nuclear Engineering, along with various professional certifications in engineering and physics.
Jay Jiang Yu, age 45, has held the positions of President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2022. He is the founder of the company and also serves as president and chairman of LIST and chairman of St. James Gold Corp. Since 2008, he has been CEO and chairman of I Financial Ventures Group and is founder and CEO of Lunar NYC Inc. His earlier experience includes work as an analyst at Deutsche Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the City College of New York.
