David L. Finkelstein, age 53, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Annaly. He has served as CEO since March 2020 and as Co-Chief Investment Officer since January 2025. Finkelstein has over 25 years of experience in fixed income investments, with previous roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup Inc., and Barclays PLC. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Serena Wolfe, age 46, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Annaly since December 2019. Prior to joining Annaly, she was a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY) from 2011 and held leadership positions in EY's Real Estate Hospitality & Construction sector. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience with EY, including work in Australia and the United States. She serves on the board of Lennar Corporation and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Queensland. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and California.
Steven F. Campbell, age 53, is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Annaly, serving as President since December 2022 and COO since June 2020. He has over 25 years of experience in financial services, including senior roles at Annaly since 2015, and prior positions at Fortress Investment Group LLC, General Electric Capital Corporation, and D.B. Zwirn & Co., L.P. Campbell serves on the Advisory Board for the Fitzgerald Institute of Real Estate at the University of Notre Dame. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Anthony C. Green retired as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Corporate Officer, and Secretary effective January 1, 2026, and transitioned to Senior Advisor through March 31, 2026.
