Mario Yau Kwan Ho, age 31, serves as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded the company and leads its Asia operations. He also founded Victory Five esports club and the Macau Esports Federation. Previously, he was a partner at iDreamSky Technology Holdings Limited and led mergers involving Victory Five, eStar Esports, and Ninjas in Pyjamas. Hicham Chahine, age 37, is Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the Western and MENA businesses. He acquired Ninjas in Pyjamas in 2016 and has served as its CEO since then. His prior roles include managing director at Formue (2008–2016) and founder of DIGLIFE AS (2010). He holds a bachelor's degree in business and economics from BI Norwegian Business School (2013).
Liwei Sun, age 40, is Director and President. Known as xiaOt, he was a professional esports athlete and co-founded Invictus Gaming. He also founded eStar Gaming and co-founded Wuhan Xingjing Interactive Entertainment. Since 2022, he has served as vice-president of the Hubei Esports Association.
Yanjun Xu, age 38, is Director and Financial Director since 2020. She was financial director at a subsidiary of Wuhan Tourism and Sports Group from 2017 to 2020. She holds a bachelor's degree in management from Hubei University of Technology (2013) and is a certified public accountant.
Felix Granander, age 29, has been a Director since January 2023. His experience spans hospitality, technology, healthcare, and investments in marketing and technology sectors.
Carl Stuart Agren, age 49, is Director and Chief Operating Officer of the mining and digital asset division since August 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in cryptocurrency mining and data centers. He previously served as CEO of Phoenix Technology and co-founder and COO of G42 Cloud (now Core42). He holds degrees from the University of Idaho and the University of Phoenix.
Simon Ming Yeung Tang, age 41, has been a Director since September 2025 and serves as Chief Financial Officer at Cango Inc. He has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate law, and finance leadership roles.
