Sherif Foda, age 56, is the Executive Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NESR. He founded the company in 2017 and has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, primarily with Schlumberger Limited in various senior roles. Foda holds degrees in Electronics Engineering and Automatic Control from Ain Shams University and has completed executive courses at Harvard Business School, Oxford, and IMD Business School. He serves on the boards of W. D. Von Gonten Engineering LLC, GLC Energy Company, and Al Fanar Venture philanthropy.
Stefan Angeli, age 66, has been the Chief Financial Officer of NESR since February 2022. He has 30 years of experience at Schlumberger in various financial roles and previously served as CFO for Stratum Reservoir. Angeli holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, is a chartered accountant, and has completed advanced finance courses at IMD and the Wharton School. He is a board member of ICE Thermal Holdings, LLC and W. D. Von Gonten Engineering LLC.
