He is also the CEO of CBC Group, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Emmett T. Cunningham, Jr., M.D., Ph.D., MPH, age 65, has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since February 2026. He previously held positions as Senior Managing Director at The Blackstone Group and leadership roles at Clarus Ventures, Eyetech Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer Inc. Chun Kwok Alan Au, age 53, has been an Independent Director since January 2020. He is the founder and managing partner of GT Healthcare and has prior experience with Deutsche Bank Group, JAFCO Asia Investment Group, and Morningside Group. He also serves on the boards of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group and TJ Biopharma.
