Officers & Directors
Paul Adler serves as President, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board on June 13, 2018. Mr. Adler has over ten years of experience in the food manufacturing and marketing industries and has served on the boards of two food manufacturing companies. In 2012, he founded the Fruttata Brand, a line of freeze-dried fruit snacks, under Global Diversified Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company. Since then, he has held the roles of director, President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary at Global Diversified Holdings Inc., focusing on its development as a manufacturer, marketer, and supplier of unique products. Mr. Adler has extensive experience in business operations across both public and private companies and has established long-term business relationships throughout his career. He is the sole Board member and is not considered independent under NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5605(a)(2).
