She previously held CFO positions at Markel Group Inc. and Jefferies Financial Group Inc., and is a director of Hillman Solutions Corp. Amanda Fabiano, age 39, has been Chief Operating Officer since August 14, 2025. She co-founded Second Gate Advisory, formerly led mining operations at Galaxy Digital, served as Director of Bitcoin Mining at Fidelity Investments, and is a board member of Terawulf Inc. Tyler Evans, age 34, has been Chief Investment Officer since August 14, 2025. He co-founded BTC Inc and UTXO Management, is a director of BTC Inc, and serves on the boards of Metaplanet Inc., Smarter Web Company PLC, and Matador Inc. Tim Pickett, MPAS-C, age 47, has been Chief Medical Officer and Director since December 2019. He founded the company, served as CEO until August 2025, holds a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, and has experience in General Surgery, Trauma, and Emergency Medicine.
