He has worked at Deloitte, KPMG, and Ernst & Young and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Weilin Sun, age 50, has been a Director since June 2022 and is a co-founder of NewLink. He was head of strategic products at Komatsu (China) Machinery Co., Ltd. and project manager at Hunter Douglas Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine from Jilin Medical University. Wei Zhang, age 43, has been an Independent Director since August 2025. He has nearly 20 years of experience in education, technology, and finance.
