Yin Yan, age 49, has served as Chairperson of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director since April 2024. She has been CEO of subsidiary FuAn Enterprise since March 2023 and has held the positions of CEO and Chair of Bio Essence Corp. for approximately eight years. Yin Yan has over 20 years of experience in real estate, international trade, and management. She is a registered lawyer in the New South Wales High Court of Australia and holds a J.D., an MBA in Technology Management, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of New South Wales.
Zhifen Zhou, age 54, serves as Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. She graduated from Hangzhou University of Commerce in China with a degree in Finance and has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and management in China and the United States. Zhifen Zhou is CFO of subsidiary Grand Forest Cabinetry Inc. and has prior experience as a business owner in restaurant management and international trading.
Tuan Tran, age 51, has been Chief Operating Officer since April 1, 2024, and COO of subsidiary FuAn Enterprise since October 1, 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in quality and operations within the nutrition, dietary supplements, and over-the-counter industries. His previous COO roles include positions at Bio Essence Corporation, AMF Pharma, Harmony Health Labs, and SK Laboratories. Tuan Tran holds a B.S. in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and certifications in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Six Sigma Green Belt, Food Safety, Technical Writing, and HACCP.
Eric Newlan, age 63, was appointed Independent Director on July 24, 2024. He is the managing member of Newlan Law Firm, PLLC, specializing in securities regulation. Eric Newlan holds a B.A. in Business from Baylor University and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and is a member of the Texas Bar. Since January 2020, he has served as Vice President and Director of Black Bird Biotech, Inc., and from May 2022 to June 2023, he was Vice President, Secretary, and Director of Accredited Solutions, Inc.
