Joseph Winston, age 47, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2017 and is CFO of Finext Capital, a subsidiary of the Futureal Group. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2005. Daniel Magen, age 55, has been Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer since March and December 2017, respectively. He is also the sole director of Top Alpha Capital S.M. Ltd. He holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant. Roi Kol, age 43, has been a Director since March 2017 and is Vice President of Investments at Top Alpha Investment House. He holds a B.A. in economics from Ben Gurion University and a portfolio management license from the Israel Securities Authority. Ron Mekler, age 52, has been a Director since June 2018 and is CFO at a large health services organization. He holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Ben Gurion University, an M.B.A. from Ono Academic College, and is a certified public accountant. Avi Mann, age 63, has been an External Director since June 2018 and is CEO of PargaMann Eng. Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Mor Salomon, age 36, has been an External Director since June 2018 and has been a senior economist at Soglowek Ltd. since May 2019. She holds a B.A. from Bar Ilan University and an M.B.A. from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
