Israel Bar, age 72, is the Chief Executive Officer and Class III Director. He founded the company in May 2008 and has prior experience as CEO and co-founder of Exatel Visual Systems Ltd., managing director of Real Vision Ltd. and TVG Technologies Ltd., and as a software programmer and officer in the Israeli Air Force. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University. Nir Bussy, age 44, has served as Chief Financial Officer since April 2022. He has over 15 years of finance experience, including CFO roles at Telefire Fire and Gas Detectors Ltd. and Crow Electronic Engineering Ltd. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel with a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and a master's degree in accounting from Bar Ilan University. Hananya Malka, age 43, has been Chief Technology Officer since October 2025 and has been with the company for 15 years, previously serving as research and development manager. He holds a B.Sc. from Ariel University. Carmela Bastiker, age 51, has been Chief Operating Officer since November 2009 and was formerly CTO of Exatel Visual Systems Ltd. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management and Training from the Open University, Israel. Nir Ben Moshe, age 61, has been North America Regional Operations Manager since January 2025 and an advisory board member since February 2023. He is a defense and security specialist and former Director of Directorate of Security for the Defense Establishment at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, holding a master's degree in security and diplomacy from Tel Aviv University. Amitay Weiss, age 64, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Class II Director.
