He was Institutional Business Director of Gujia from June 2015 to January 2018, Data Analyst Manager at American Dental Solutions, LLC from February 2014 to February 2015, and Marketing Manager at Yiwu Yi Jue Trading Company from April 2012 to January 2013. Kong holds an MBA from Missouri State University. Qingshun Meng, age 66, is an Independent Director of MMTEC and a management professor at Communication University of China since 2004. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Corporate Management from Shandong Institute of Mining and Technology and in Mining Engineering from Liaoning Technical University. Meng was a member of the comprehensive brand management expert committee of China Association for Quality. Dan Fu, age 39, is an Independent Director of MMTEC. She served as Marketing Department Manager at Beijing Yingding Education Technology Co., Ltd from July 2015 to July 2016 and as Brand Department Manager at Baoding Huazhong Group from August 2016 to March 2021. Xiaofei Ren, age 54, is an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of MMTEC since March 2024. She holds a Master's degree in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics, a Bachelor of Laws from Zhengzhou University, and a degree in Accounting from Henan University of Economics and Law.
