Michael (Mick) James McMullen has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since June 2023. He has over 30 years of senior leadership experience in global mining companies. Previously, he was CEO and President of Detour Gold Corporation from May 2019 to January 2020, where he increased market capitalization and improved operational metrics. From December 2013 to December 2018, he was CEO and Technical Advisor at Stillwater Mining Company, overseeing improvements in production, safety, and labor relations prior to its sale to Sibanye Gold Ltd. Mr. McMullen founded GT Gold Corporation and holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Newcastle University.
Morné Engelbrecht has been Chief Financial Officer since February 2024, bringing over 23 years of experience in the resources, professional services, and oil and gas industries internationally. Other executive officers include Christopher (Chris) Rosario, General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary; Trevor Hart, Joint Company Secretary; and Patrice E. Merrin, Chair.
