UTRECHT, The Netherlands and CAMBRIDGE, Mass., May 28, 2024 - Merus N.V. (Nasdaq: MRUS), a clinical-stage oncology company specializing in the development of innovative, full-length multispecific antibodies, has announced its intention to launch a proposed underwritten public offering of $300,000,000 worth of its common shares. The offering, subject to market conditions and other closing conditions, is expected to be made in the near future.
