He has over 20 years of experience in financial and operational strategies and has served as CFO at Laird Connectivity and Enbi Group, with prior roles at IDEX Corporation, Alvarez & Marsal, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University. David B. Stafford, age 63, is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, managing legal, compliance, risk, and government affairs departments. He joined McGraw Hill in 2012 and previously held legal and corporate affairs positions at The McGraw-Hill Companies. He serves on the board of the Association of American Publishers and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of YAI Network. He graduated from Columbia University.
