He previously held positions as a partner at Valcon Resources Sdn Bhd and manager at JEFI AquaTech Resources Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from University College Sedaya International (UCSI), Malaysia.
Ng Kai Tie, age 40, has been Chief Financial Officer since July 2023, responsible for finance and risk management. He has over 10 years of audit and assurance experience in Singapore and Malaysia, with prior roles at Messrs. Paul Wan & Co, Mazars LLP, Messrs. Tee & Partners, and Messrs. Robert Tan & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Accounting from Universiti of Tunku Abdul Rahman and has been a member of CPA Australia since 2016.
Phua Zhi Yong, age 38, has served as an Independent Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nominating and Compensation Committees since November 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with over ten years of experience in financial management and corporate governance. Since 2019, he has been Chief Financial Officer of YY Group Holding Limited, leading its U.S. Nasdaq listing in 2024. His previous employers include NCS Pte Ltd, Rig Resources AP Pte Ltd, and United Engineers Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from University of London (Singapore Institute of Management) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Singapore.
Tse Yin Sum, age 34, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Lai Yee Yee, age 33, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee.
