The Elk Creek Complex produces high-volatile A and B metallurgical coals, while the Berwind Complex produces low-volatile and mid-volatile metallurgical coal. The Berwind Complex includes assets acquired from subsidiaries of Coronado Global Resources Inc., including a processing plant. Additionally, the company has initiated rare earth element and critical mineral operations near Sheridan, Wyoming, at the Brook Mine, with the goal of establishing mineral reserves and resources.
