1. Manuel Litchman, MD e President, CEO and Director: Dr. Litchman co-founded Mustang Bio in 2015 and has been its CEO since then. He was previously the Global Head of Cell and Gene Therapy Development at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where he oversaw the development of CAR-T therapies Kymriah and Tisagenlecleucel. Dr. Litchman received his MD from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City.
2. Matthew J. Osborne e Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Osborne joined Mustang Bio in 2019 and is responsible for the companyes day-to-day operations, including financial management, strategic planning, and business development. He has over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, having held senior management positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, Celgene, and GlaxoSmithKline.
3. Susan E. Kelley e Chief Financial Officer: Ms. Kelley joined Mustang Bio in 2019 and is responsible for the companyes financial management, including accounting, treasury, and investor relations. She has over 25 years of experience as a finance executive in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, having held senior positions at ImClone Systems, Eli Lilly and Company, and Pfizer.

1. Eyal Desheh e Chairman: Mr. Desheh is the former CFO of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, a position he held from 2008 to 201 He has extensive experience in finance and management, having held senior positions at Elron Electronic Industries, Ness Technologies, and Scitex Corporation.
2. Linda Bain e Director: Ms. Bain is the former Chief Development Officer of GlaxoSmithKlinees Consumer Healthcare division. She has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held leadership positions at Merck, Wyeth, and Pfizer.
3. Yaron Daniely, PhD e Director: Dr. Daniely is the President and CEO of Yeda Research and Development, the technology transfer arm of the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. He has over 20 years of experience in biotech and pharmaceutical research and development, having held senior positions at Alcobra, Hadasit Bio-Holdings, and Compugen.
4. Jeffrey M. Lipton, MD, PhD e Director: Dr. Lipton is the Chief Medical Officer of Ovid Therapeutics and the former Head of Hematologic Malignancies and Stem Cell Transplantation at the National Cancer Institute. He has over 30 years of experience in clinical research and drug development, having held leadership positions at Novartis and Stemline Therapeutics.
5. John H. Parker, PhD e Director: Dr. Parker is the former CEO of Targeted Genetics Corporation, a gene therapy company, and has extensive experience in biotech research and development. He has held senior positions at Amgen, Trubion Pharmaceuticals, and HemaQuest Therapeutics.
