Oi Wai Chau, age 33, serves as an Executive Director and has over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. She has been a managing director of the Group since 2019, responsible for expanding the Group into multiple brands and overseeing marketing, brand management, business development, public relations, and operations. She co-founded Holy Meat in 2019 and was managing director of Siu Lam Management Limited from 2015 to 2020. Since 2014, she has been a director of Whitehead Management Limited. She holds a bachelor's degree in advertising and public relations from Edith Cowan University. She is the elder sister of Oi Yee Chau and spouse of Ka Chun Lam.
Oi Yee Chau, age 30, is an Executive Director with seven years of experience in the food and beverage industry. She joined the Group in 2019 and is responsible for accounts, financial statements, and financial performance. Since 2018, she has been a director of Ocean First Container Storage Limited. From 2016 to 2017, she worked as a passenger service officer at Hong Kong Airport Services Limited. She holds a bachelor's degree in business, majoring in tourism and hospitality management and event management from Edith Cowan University. She is the younger sister of Oi Wai Chau.
Tsz Kiu So, age 34, is an Executive Director with over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and hospitality management. Since 2019, she has been a managing director of the Group, responsible for establishing and launching the Group's restaurant business, overseeing brand identity, supply chain, menu offerings, logistics pipelines, and managing teams across departments.
