Gareth Locke served as Chief Growth Officer from November 2020 until April 23, 2025, and was a member of the Management Board from February 2021. He was Chief Growth Officer at mytheresa.com GmbH since July 2016 and held marketing and management roles at Zooplus AG, Zooplus France SARL, Aquarius Consulting GmbH, PAYBACK GmbH, Ayming GmbH, and Accenture. He holds a graduate business degree from Burgundy School of Business and an MA in Economics and Finance from Leeds University Business School.
Amber Pepper served as Chief Customer Experience Officer until April 23, 2025. Appointed in October 2024, she has nearly 25 years of experience in the luxury sector, including roles as Vice President Marketing, Communications & E-Commerce for Tapestry, Chief Marketing Officer for Farfetch, and positions at Harrods.
