Mitchell Hochberg, age 73, is President and Chief Operating Officer, holding similar positions at Lightstone REIT I, II, III, their advisors, the sponsor, and the advisor. Hochberg has held leadership roles at Lightstone Enterprises, Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Lightstone REIT V, Madden Real Estate Ventures, Ian Schrager Company, and Spectrum Communities. He holds a law degree from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from New York University. Joseph E. Teichman, age 52, is General Counsel and Secretary, also serving as General Counsel for Lightstone REIT I, II, III, their advisors, the sponsor, and the advisor. He earned a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from Beth Medrash Govoha, and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Seth Molod, age 62, is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, also serving in these roles for Lightstone REIT I, II, III, V, the sponsor, and the advisors. Before joining in 2018, he was an Audit Partner and Chair of Real Estate Services at Berdon LLP. Molod is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and New York and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Muhlenberg College.
