Ignacio Cueto has served as Chairman of LATAM Airlines Group's board since April 2017. His airline industry career spans over 30 years, including positions as Vice President of Sales at Fast Air Carrier, board member of Ladeco and LAN, President of LAN Cargo, CEO of the Passenger Business, President and COO of LAN, and CEO of LAN until April 2017.

Antonio Gil Nievas joined the board in November 2022. He is also a board member at Sociedad QuÃmica y Minera de Chile S.A. His career includes over 30 years of leadership experience, including CEO of Moneda Asset Management and roles at JP Morgan and BCG. He holds MSc. and BSc. degrees in industrial engineering from ICAI.
