It also targets professional customers, primarily small to medium-sized tradespeople, repair and remodelers, and property managers. Following the acquisitions of FBM and ADG in 2025, the company is expanding its services to larger professional customers in both residential and commercial markets. Its Total Home strategy focuses on increasing professional customer penetration, accelerating online sales, expanding installation services, developing a loyalty ecosystem, and improving space productivity to address home improvement needs.
