Zhixiang Fang, age 53, is the Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since July 2018. He has over 24 years of accounting experience and was an independent director of Mobile Internet (China) Holdings Limited from April 2021 to February 2022. His prior roles include deputy general manager of Lichen Zixun, director of audit at Fujian Tianlun Group Company Limited, and lecturer at Chizhou University. He holds a diploma in accounting and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Yi Deng, age 45, is a Director and has been with the company for over 15 years. Since 2013, he has served as deputy general manager of Lichen Zixun and is an instructor at Huaqiao University. He holds qualifications as an entrepreneurship instructor and has been a guest professor at Quanzhou Ocean Institute. His academic credentials include a master's degree in business management and law degrees from Anhui University Law School and Anhui Sanlian Career Technical College.
Zhihuang Deng, age 56, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee since February 2023. He has over 25 years of legal practice experience in the People's Republic of China and serves as an independent director and chairman of the compensation committee at Yik Wo International Holdings Ltd., a company listed on the GEM of the Stock Exchange.
