His past directorships include Absolute Software Corp, Primo Water Corporation, BSM Technologies, COM DEV International, ENTREC Corporation, SAExploration Holdings, O’Charley’s Inc., and Bridgewater Systems.
Eric S. Rosenfeld, age 68, is the Chief SPAC Officer, a role he has held since inception. He has been CEO of Allegro Merger Corp. since 2017 and has held chief SPAC officer positions at Legato II, Legato Merger Corp., and other merger corporations. He has served on the boards of Algoma Steel, NextDecade, Pangea Logistics, SAExploration, Primoris, and Hill International. Rosenfeld has been president and CEO of Crescendo Partners, L.P. since 1998.
Adam Jaffe, age 35, holds the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Director. Brian Pratt, age 72, serves as Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. David D. Sgro, age 48, is Director and Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board. Adam J. Semler, age 57, and John Ing, age 75, serve as Directors.
