Olegs Pavlovs, age 53, has served as President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director since the company's incorporation on May 19, 2023. He owns 100% of the common stock and holds an MBA from The RISEBA University of Applied Sciences. His prior experience includes top management roles at SIA Venden from 1997 to 2020 and CEO of Scandinavian Innovation Group from 2011 to 2021.
Ani Vashakidze, age 27, was appointed Director on August 7, 2025. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from International Black Sea University in Tbilisi, Georgia. From June 2023 to August 2025, she worked as an independent marketing consultant and marketing director for IT and e-commerce clients in Georgia and Latvia.
Georgi Loloshvili, age 22, was appointed Director on July 11, 2025. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Georgian Technical University in Tbilisi, Georgia. He was the owner of GEOLAT Company, an IT business, from February 2023 to August 2025.
