His background includes engineering, finance, and operations management. Chen has held leadership positions such as CEO and Chairman of Lakeshore Acquisition I Corp., CEO and CFO of Lakeshore Acquisition II Corp., and CEO of Shanghai Renaissance Investment Management Co. Ltd. He has also worked as an independent advisor for mergers and acquisitions and held executive roles at Sanpower Group, JA Solar, BDO Capital Advisors, Capgemini, IBM Global Services, and Ashland Inc.
Jon M. Montgomery has been an independent director of Lakeshore since April 2025. He is managing director at Meredith Financial Group Inc. and has served as director of Lakeshore Acquisition II Corp. and Nature’s Miracle. Since March 2021, Montgomery has been an independent director of Nuvve Holding Corp. He has over 25 years of experience in marketing consulting and market research, with leadership roles at AGlobal Partners LLC, Hudson Group Inc., Marketing Strategy & Planning Inc./Synovate, and Hase Schannen Research Associates Inc. Montgomery holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and has been adjunct faculty in marketing at the University of Georgia since 2000.
