The company serves consumer and small business markets. Consumer products include home improvement financing through partner retail merchants and contractors, auto refinance loans, and FDIC-insured deposit products such as high-yield savings accounts, checking accounts, and certificates of deposit. Specific consumer offerings include LevelUp Savings and LevelUp Checking, which provide interest rates, rewards, ATM fee rebates, no overdraft fees, early direct deposits, and cash back for on-time loan payments and qualifying purchases. The commercial lending business focuses on small businesses and participates in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lending programs, including SBA-secured real estate loans. The company ceased originating commercial real estate loans and equipment leases in early 2023 but retains existing portfolios. Consumer loans are either retained by LendingClub Bank or sold to marketplace investors, including asset managers, financial institutions, and insurance companies, through loan sales or Structured Program transactions, which have sold approximately $8 billion of loans through the end of 2025.
