Carlos Moreira has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of SEALSQ since April 1, 2022. He is also the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of WISeKey International Holding AG, a recognized UN Expert on CyberSecurity and Trust Models, author, internet pioneer, and founding member of various global technology and cybersecurity forums and councils. John O’Hara has been a Board Member and Chief Financial Officer of SEALSQ since February 14, 2024, and has served as CFO since January 24, 2024. He is also CFO of WISeKey International Holding AG.
