He also worked at Johnson & Johnson in 2008 and served as an Attending Physician and Resident in internal medicine from 2005 to 2007. Gehchan has been a Faculty Mentor and Guest Lecturer at MIT Sloan since 2023 and a Lecturer at ESCP Business School since 2019. He earned his M.D. in 2006 and a Masters in Biological Sciences in 2004 from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, a Specialized Masters in Healthcare Management from ESCP Business School in 2009, and an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan in 2022.
Mayo Pujols, age 57, has been Chief Technology Officer since February 2026. He was Chief Operating Officer of Castle Creek Biosciences, Inc. from June 2025 to January 2026, Executive Vice President and CTO at Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from July 2022 to June 2025, and CEO of Andelyn Biosciences Inc. from June 2020 to July 2022.
