Stanton E. Ross, age 64, has served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer since September 2005. He has held leadership roles in oil and gas exploration, financial services, investment banking, and business consulting at American Noble Gas Inc., Midwest Financial, Duggan Securities, Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Kansas Microwave, Inc., and Birdview Satellite Communications, Inc. Leroy C. Richie, age 84, is the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a director of AMGAS since 1999, served on the board of Columbia Mutual Funds until 2017, was of counsel at Lewis & Munday, P.C. from 2004 to 2015, served on the board of OGE Energy Corp. from 2007 to 2014, and was Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Compensation Committee for the Henry Ford Health System until 2019. Mr. Richie was Vice President and General Counsel for Chrysler Corporation from 1986 to 1997 and previously worked at White & Case and the Federal Trade Commission. Thomas J. Heckman, age 66, has been Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary since 2007. Peng Han, age 52, has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2021.
