Ted Sparling, age 62, serves as Chairman of the Board, Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He has held the positions of President, CEO, and Director since January 2012, and was CEO and Secretary from January 2012 to November 2014. Previously, he was President of Kesselring Corporation from March 2005 to October 2007. Since December 2006, he has been President and sole director of Gulf & Bay Constructors, Inc., and since January 2007, President and sole director of Gulf & Bay Inspections, Inc. James K. Toomey, age 59, is a Director and Secretary. He has served as Secretary since November 14, 2014, and as a Director since August 31, 2013, with prior service from 2006 to 2008. He has been on the board of Research Development and Manufacturing, Inc. since 2016. He was Director and Chairman of Coast Financial Holdings, Inc., and Director of Coast Bank of Florida until its sale in 2007. His business interests include commercial shopping development and investments. He co-owns four real estate investment companies, including Braden River Industries, Inc. and AMI Holdings, Inc., a retail clothing company, and an ice cream store. Since 2015, he has been Director and co-manager of Renovo Resource Solutions, Inc. He founded the Toomey Foundation for the Natural Sciences in 2000, has served as trustee of the Sarasota Marine Safety Foundation since 2006, and has been an officer of the Coast Guard Auxiliary since 2008. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College.
