Wong Nga Yin Polin, age 46, has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Director of the Company since April 12, 2024. She is currently the Business Development Manager of Marvel Digital Limited, a subsidiary of Marvion, Inc. (MVNC: OTC PK). From September 2021 to March 2023, she was Business Development Manager at Xtreme Business Enterprises Limited, focusing on research in glasses-free 3D display technologies. From April 2018 to August 2021, she held the same position at Marvel Research Limited. Between August 2016 and March 2018, she was a Project Associate at the State Key Laboratory of Ultraprecision Machining Technology at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she was a research assistant from July 2015 to 2016. From January 2003 to March 2013, she worked as Assistant Project Engineer and Project Engineer at Forexim (H.K.) Ltd. Ms. Wong holds a Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) earned in 2013 and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) earned in 2002, both from the University of Hong Kong. There are no family relationships among the directors or executive officers, and no legal proceedings involving Ms. Wong in the past ten years have been reported.
